OST-0023B Trim Spanner Kit for Yamaha Suzuki and Johnson Evinrude.  THIS KIT WORKS WITH TRIM CAPS ONLY.  Yamaha Tilt caps use either OST-0014, OST-0013 of OST-0022. 
This is a multi piece kit that includes the OST-0023B Receiver as well as the OST-0023.002 Adapter (32mm X 4mm) used on most Yamaha 4 Stroke inline pre 2012 as well as Honda 4Stroke and Johnson Evinrude.
The OST-0023B.001 Receiver and Adapter are constructed of Tool Grade Stainless and  is compatible with box end, open end and 1/2″ ratchets.

OST-0023B Receiver
OST-0023.002 Adapter  32mm X 4mm adapter to fit Trim Caps on Yamaha Showa units on Yamaha 2 stroke V6 as well as F115 (Pre-2012), F150, F200XB, F350.  This adapter also fits numerous Johnson Evinrude and Suzuki 4 Stroke models.
Fits trim caps on the following:
Yamaha Showa power tilt trim units: F115 (2000-2013), F150 (2004-2014) * F150 from 2014 to current requires OST-0023 and OST-0013*, Yamaha F350 (all models)
Suzuki 4 Stroke: DF150, DF200, DF225, DF250
Johnson/Evinrude: 60-250 horsepower 2 stroke (1982-2005)
Evinrude Etec: 115 to 300 horsepower (all model years)

OST-0023B Trim Spanner Kit for Yamaha Suzuki, Johnson Evinrude.  Redesigned for 2023 for more precision and durability.  The Yamaha Kit has similar features to the original OST-0023 Universal Spanner.  The Complete Yamaha Kit is a 3 piece kit that includes the receiver and the 32mm and 38mm adapters which fit all known trim cylinder end caps used by Yamaha, Showa, Suzuki I4 and V6, Johnson and Evinrude V4 and V6.  Made in the USA.
The OST-0023B.001 Receiver is constructed of Tool Grade Stainless and has a 1/2″ ratchet drive as well as 36mm hex and is compatible with box end, open end and 1/2″ ratchets.
Adapters:
This kit covers all of Yamaha Trim as well as Suzuki, Honda, Johnson Evinrude.  Includes 1 receiver and 2 adapters:
The adapters are made of Tool Grade Stainless with replaceable pins which offer superior performance in durability and precision.

OST-0023B Trim Spanner Kit for Yamaha Suzuki and Mercury.  Redesigned for 2023 for greater precision and durability.  OST-0023B has similar features to the original OST-0023 Universal Spanner.  We added an adapter to fit Mercury 4 Stroke V6 and Mercury Optimax Trim caps.  This is a multi piece kit that includes the receiver and 3 adapters.  Made in the United States of America with American Steel.
The OST-0023B.001 Receiver is constructed of Tool Grade Stainless and has a 1/2″ ratchet drive as well as 36mm hex and is compatible with box end, open end and 1/2″ ratchets.
